Called to report an issue over the phone, the treatment I received was totally awful. The technician/director Milan.? was absolutely rude over the phone. Guess they don't care once their task is done and payment is made. very unprofessional behaviour.

They guys from Simplex did a fantastic job installing our ducted system. By far the best price we were quoted out of 4 companies. They were also very quick to organise the installation. All the installers that came were polite and professional. Definitely recommended Simplex!
