The salesman for Simpleray looked at my metal building, took pictures of the inside and out, a 15,000 square foot building. He said the solar panels could be installed without any building structure changes. I gave them a large deposit. 3 to 4 months later they said I had to spend tens of thousands of dollars to reinforce the metal building. They returned part of my deposit affer 8 months, but refuse to return the last $4000.00. Now I have to take legal action to get the rest of my money back.
Great people doing great work. They answered all of my questions promptly, and gave me great resources for info on the advantages of solar energy, if solar panels are worth it, solar panel installation, solar energy installation cost, and solar incentives.
Read my review. Worst experience I have had in a very long time! Started in July 2017 and told won't be completed now until possibly February 2018! Unbelievable! Also, lost state tax credit and possibly federal tax credit for 2017. Good thing they don't depend on repeat business!
Amazing company and great people who worked to get the solar installation installed up and running. All the work was done very professional. Solar works better than anticipated.
