I had a softener system installed 5 days ago. The installer was very courteous and answered all questions in reference to the system and installation. He cleaned up excess debris after his work. also, make minor adjustments to the plumbing line as requested. He ensured work was satisfactory in our opinion and explained the operation unit.

They were able to give me a quote over the phone on the initial call while making solid recommendations based on my home/family size. I ended up selecting a water softener, home water filter, and reverse osmosis under the sink. Great prices in my opinion. The install was a few hours. Able came to do the install and he was great! I have never owned a home that had a water softener, so I dont even know what I dont know. I'd been told that the system did not have a bypass valve, so I decided to call around to find out how much it would be. I checked online, saw the reviews and called Simple. Lisa answered the phone and was so helpful and knowledgeable. I sent pics and she knew my system (no labels) and could see not only that I needed a bypass but some drain thingy needed updating. easy peasy. Abel came out to look at our 10 yr old water softener (another company had sold and installed) because we were having some problems with it. He made some adjustments, explained what was going on, and it worked well for about another year. I noticed a leak (different problem) a few weeks ago and called them to see if he could fix it.
