They were able to give me a quote over the phone on the initial call while making solid recommendations based on my home/family size. I ended up selecting a water softener, home water filter, and reverse osmosis under the sink. Great prices in my opinion. The install was a few hours. Able came to do the install and he was great! I have never owned a home that had a water softener, so I dont even know what I dont know. I'd been told that the system did not have a bypass valve, so I decided to call around to find out how much it would be. I checked online, saw the reviews and called Simple. Lisa answered the phone and was so helpful and knowledgeable. I sent pics and she knew my system (no labels) and could see not only that I needed a bypass but some drain thingy needed updating. easy peasy.
