Contacted this death merchant via telephone to inquire about fees/prices. "Answering service" representative placed me on hold for 4 minutes or so. I hung-up. Fortunately, worked out for the better as Philip D. Rinaldi Funeral Service, P.A., in Silver Spring as they are transparent and detailed about their fees as listed on their website. We couldn’t have been more pleased by the professional service provided by Simple Tribute from the day of my father’s passing until after his cremation. Everyone there was always kind, patient, and more than helpful. They treated my father and our family with dignity and respect.
