Worst customer service/ company I've ever had /dealt with for a simple rental unit! Haven't been able to get into my *paid* unit for 4 days now. I am on a deadline as I have sold my house and need storage!!! Maintenance guy doesn't answer the company he works for or the people renting the units. Its totally unacceptable! I have paid alot of money out of pocket to go there daily with a *rented* truck to try and get in. People depend on computers too much. A simple security guard hire and KEYS would go a long way....
