I have tried to cancel an outdoor storage space that is proving to be extremely difficult. After 4 phone calls and sending two emails of photographs of the empty unplowed parking area I am still receiving invoices. No local representation only phone contact. This company has no “Boots On the Ground” direct quote

Easy access with just your phone for both the main entrance and the unit itself. The facility offers different unit sizes, is clean, and feels secure. Customer service is helpful and easy to reach. Overall a very convenient storage option.

I am beyond frustrated with this company! I've been with them nearly 5 years and never had issues like I've had in the last few months. ive been locked out twice now of my unit because "the battery is too low to unlock the door" thats fine, I get it. What I don't get is why it takes so long to replace the battery or wtv you need to do. This is day 3 now that I cant open my unit. The lady I spoke to was very apologetic, but that doesn't open my door. Do better or sell to someone that can Update: one week later and still cant ... read more
