Jay & Z were a true blessing when our alternator gave out. Jay answered the phone right away and worked with us to quickly schedule a time that worked. He took the time to ask what parts might still be under warranty and even made the trip to pick them up himself—saving us time, stress, and a whole lot of hassle. Jay and Zaleska were phenomenal! I highly recommend them. They were polite, reasonably priced, extremely competent, very efficient, and communication was on point. I could not believe how quickly they were able to diagnose and solve the problem we had with our Honda Odyssey. Very impressed and will definitely use them again!
My experience having Jay take care of my failed electric water pump was great. From the start is was transparent and honest. On top of that he had great customer service with even bringing my car back to me. I would obviously recommend Jay to do your mechanic work without having to worry about being taken advantage of.
