David performs excellent, high-quality work every time. He's our go-to handyman for everything, including building garage storage in several different homes for us. He's very responsive, easy to work with, and charges very fair rates. He offers the type of service that everyone wants but is so hard to find. We're glad we found him!
We are grateful to have found David! He has great work ethic, and is a perfectionist. David's work quality and knowledge about best use of space is terrific. He's remodeled our bathroom and downstairs basement and everything he's done has been top notch. We won't call anyone else... David will be hired for additional remodeling of our home next year, too!
This is my go-to house repair/upgrades contractor. He is honest, reasonably prices and backs up his work. He done both inside and outside work for me. He has been a pleasure to work with and saved me bundles of money. Call him for a quote, you won't go wrong.
If you are looking for a very good handyman, I have one. I have used David Duncan on a number of projects around my house, a closet, floating shelves which are beautiful, and the last one being completing a full deck. His rates are the best and he is definitely a jack of all trades, a carpenter by trade. His wife is in the military which brought him to Papillion.
David came in and performed ceramic tile for me. It's a job I was dreading and the fair price helped me expedite my project. The work performed was phenomenal, and looks absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend Simple Solutions 510 for any handyman job you may have. Project completed on budget, and ahead of time - two things unheard of these days. Thank you David!
