Chris was recommended by our Corporate offices for The UPS Stores. We had trouble with our fax line which is one of our services we offer to our customers. We needed it fixed ASAP. We called Chris and he came down same day. He was able to detect the problem and ran another cable for us and our Fax is up and running. Chris is very knowledgeable and personable. Amazing dedication to his work, Christopher came to examine the problem with my computer and identified it fairly quick. The problem required a replacement part, and once I had gotten it, he was kind enough to come back the next day and install it. 10/10 would recommend his services to anyone in need of computer repair!
