Chris was recommended by our Corporate offices for The UPS Stores. We had trouble with our fax line which is one of our services we offer to our customers. We needed it fixed ASAP. We called Chris and he came down same day. He was able to detect the problem and ran another cable for us and our Fax is up and running. Chris is very knowledgeable and personable. My older laptop coming up on 6 years kept blue screening on me. I've tried it all from a hard reboot to a clean wipe with no avail. Chris was able to accurately diagnose the problem (was hardware), offer a solution and also ended up upgrading my laptop with modern day specs and brought it back to me essentially feeling brand new. Also within a very reasonable price and with extreme transparency on the job he was performing.
