I ordered a large pizza and two calzones. The pepperoni pizza was burnt and not edible. I called the restaurant to get it refunded, but the only thing they would do is remake it if I brought the burnt pizza back. I had a houseful of people wanting to eat, so I’m not waiting another 35-40 minutes to get a replacement pizza that should have been right the first time. One star for food quality and one star for poor service.
Great food and amazingly affordable prices for such a small town. Definitely stop in if you're in the area.
I'm leaving 2 stars cause they haven't had waffle cones in over 3 weeks. I know this has nothing to do with simple Simon's but it is the same store and people.
