I went with my parents a few days ago and the food was really good and the service from Aiden was amazing, and the pizza he made was even better.

When we got there they it would 20min or longer which and I ordered on line. And then when I got home the pizza was burnt my grandkids wouldn't eat i don't blame them cause I took a bite and it was nasty. I will never go there again. If I could put the zero i would. Very bad
We USUALLY love simple Simon’s, but tonight’s service and food was exceptionally terrrible. It looked as if they were severely understaffed for a Friday night. I waited 45 mins after ordering online 10 mins prior. Once I received my food, I was missing two $4 dipping sauces I paid for. Additionally the veggies were very undercooked. Disappointed in a place that we love! The workers were very apologetic but did not offer any sort of compensation.
Jeremy honestly is so goated, great service, great attitude, he definitely got us more than situated and food was hot and fresh.
