Terrible experience. My family was in Houston staying at a local hotal and ordered from Simple Simon’s through their answering service—order was accepted, but the pizza never showed up after the 45 min ETA. When we called the store, the manager casually told us they don’t deliver and every should know. No one bothered to call or cancel the order.
