Ordered pizza today and when it arrived it was undercooked and cold. Called the store and employee began to explain that I would need to let them know next time if I want it fully cooked. Manager came on the line and never asked how she could make it right. Poor Service will never eat here again and wish I had chose another option for the family

We understand you were disappointed by how long you had to wait, but the order in front of yours was $170, which takes a while to make, just like your $65 order and all the equally big orders we were making at that time. As the OWNER explained, fresh dough doesn't brown like old dough does, so it never hurts to ask for your crust to be extra crispy. Thank you for ordering and have a blessed day!

you suck go to Knighten's crossroads at least its warm and not $23.50 for crap. If you can't manage deliveries don't do it. an 1 hr 1/2 later is ridiculous!!
I was looking forward to giving this place a try. I ordered 1 medium pizza. The man on the phone was disrespectful and said 20-30 minutes. 30 minutes and I walk in and they said it’s in the oven. 1 hour and 15 minutes goes by and I stood at the counter while they kept walking up to check their phones and ignoring me. I finally get my cold medium pizza that had been done for a while.
Getting aggravated they hardly ever have a driver for deliveries and I have been ordering from here for a while now I hope Piedmont gets a nother place with stable delivery soon if it wasn’t the only place that delivers my business would have already gone elsewhere
Good food and service. I prefer this place over most big pizza chains 🍕 🍕 the jalapeno bread sticks are the best!
