I paid for a 90 minute massage for my husband and did not get the full time after paying in advance for the service. When I messaged her asking thinking that she mistook it for an hour session she called back in a very defensive manner and blamed it on my husbands tattoos that he got 20 years ago which may be offensive due to being sexual but no other massage therapist has had issues with these. Great experience! I was camping at a local brewery and my back was stiff from driving and sleeping in the camper. Lauren was super accommodating. I was able to work in a 75 minute appointment instead of the standard 60 or 90 minute to work around my appointment schedule, and she did a great job loosening the knots in the middle of my spine and around my shoulders.
