EDITED SEPTEMBER 14, 2026: My original negative review prompted a swift response from the owner and the Managing Director, Pasha. Once they stepped in, repairs started immediately. Simple Exteriors was great to work with. Communication not only with me, but also the insurance provider was fantastic. After a hailstorm many things to the exterior of our home were damaged. The house looks great with a new roof, new gutters, fresh coat of paint and trim. The team is knowledgeable and customer focused.

We had an exhaust fan vent leak in our master bath after a recent rain. Sales Rep Heber Vargas-Torres came out and gave us a clear explanation of what needed to be done. Heber also kept us up to date on timing to get the job done. Him and a tech came out within a week and replaced the vent pipe. We are very happy with the professional attitude and the quality of the work. Highly recommend them.
