I would highly recommend Simply Quarters to close with. I had an amazing experience with them. Roxanne in particular made the experience go smoothly. I would definitely close with them again.

I have had a very bad experience with Simple Quarters. Lindsay the real estate agent. I contacted Simple Quarters. I informed Lindsay we were looking in moving from Virginia to buy a home owner finance. Lindsay contacted me back and stated she wanted to see my Bank statements to make sure I had enough money before she would show me homes they financed. I sent my Bank statement photo to Lindsay.
