Simple Quarters lived up to their name. Transaction was very fast and smooth. Started out with an honest conversation with their realtor, Megan, negotiated in a way that left us very satisfied. We didn't have to worry a thing, got all of the relevant documents in a timely manner, closed with the title company of their choice. Their admin/transaction specialist, Roxanne was phenomenal too! She was there to help us every step of the way. Highly recommend! Jon and Wena
It was a joy working with Roxanne from Simple Quarters, she made the transaction process easy. She was quick to respond and address any concerns. They work diligently to make the whole process easy for everyone involved. Most definitely recommend them.
Jajaira, I can’t thank you enough for everything you did to help me find and move into my home. From the very beginning, you made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and easy to understand. Just signed a lease with Simple home management and they’ve been super helpful throughout the whole process. Jajaira was the one helping me out and she was super patient and offered great advice. I’m glad I know I have someone I can get ahold of if I was to have any issues. Thankyou you Jajaira!
