First, I want to be clear that the nurse practitioner is a very kind individual and will take issues that you have seriously. My wife unfortunately struggled with weight issues before coming here, which the nurse took incredibly seriously and put her on a medication to assist with that. There is a personal touch in her care that you will rarely find anywhere else, and it give the practice a very warm yet professional feeling that you won’t get at a hospital or primary doctor. While the doctor who owns this place is incredibly nice, unfortunately she has poor time management. If you come here, appointments will always take more than an hour with the appointment itself starting later than scheduled, sometimes even 30 minutes past the appointment scheduled time with the door locked because the doctor is not in the office at the scheduled time.
Uzma is a wonderful provider! She is patient, listens (really listens) and is focused in providing excellent preventative care. I would give more stars if I could. She connects with her patients to get a true understanding of what is important and addresses any concerns. Communication is excellent and the flexibility of two locations works great for busy schedules. I am looking forward to my follow up visit.
