I did a port request with this company several days ago. The port has still not gone trough each day I call I have to wait on hold for at least 40 minutes for them to tell me that I need to wait another 24 hours.. so for the past several days I played that game. Now today I call my number to see if it is active yet and another person on the other side of the country answers and says she just got the number today! I have talked to numerous employees from the customer care number and youll ever guess what they want me to do???... read more
