I closed on my house through Simple Home Settlements two years ago, but unfortunately, my wife’s name was not added to the deed at that time due to an oversight. Recently, we needed to add my wife’s name to the deed to qualify for a VA-related property tax exclusion for disabled veterans. Very Good Experience, he had a limited time from agreement to closing day and there was no issues, Jayson got it done and on time. Responsive, professional and they will submit all documents to DMV. Will definitely use him again!
