I closed on my house through Simple Home Settlements two years ago, but unfortunately, my wife’s name was not added to the deed at that time due to an oversight. Very Good Experience, he had a limited time from agreement to closing day and there was no issues, Jayson got it done and on time. Responsive, professional and they will submit all documents to DMV. Will definitely use him again!
As a real estate agent I have worked with several different settlement companies. This company has proven to me to go above and beyond to get the deal done. Keep up the great customer service.
Overall was pretty good experience until a mistake was found, a mistake they made in not verifying information given to them by an HOA operator. Somehow that becomes my fault and I am out the money.
