Typical yellow letter realtor they are using the same postcard scheme as just about every other yellow letter realtor thus proving they are not very original and they are not trying harder. I'm guessing they are going to offer about 60% of market value (you know because your house has so much wrong with it), they will not offer to show comps, and they will want a 7% commission. The only thing Florida has more of than Lawyers is Realtors, so you can easily find one that isn't a bottom feeder.
