Customer service was outstanding from the 1st initial phone call, Delia was completely friendly and welcoming. Dominic was outstanding in all capacities, complete;y educated us in flooring. We did research other places and came back primarily on the friendliness, loyalty & overall experience.

RUN as Fast as You Can! – Read the reviews...it doesn't matter where the store is located...you get the same treatment! There is only one word I'd use....RUN! This company is the absolute worse company to work with in buying flooring. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Put flooring in my Yoga studio – We found a flooring that would work for our budget. Its a cherry wood. Its very tough, I have dropped a few things on it and it didn't dent. The color has darkened up though. I didn't notice it until I moved a plant the other day and its lighter under it. The salesperson said that my floor changes color more than most. I would say to anyone that gets the cherry make sure to move your rugs around so you don't have color change. Otherwise its easy to clean and makes the room feel much more peac... read more
good deal, helpful – Helpful and was the lowest price I could find. The colors were better and installation was arranged and went well. All in all I would do again and I got a good deal
Flooring from Simplefloors – We live in a modest home and because of allergies we pulled out our carpets and replaced them with flooring from Simple Floors. We used the least expensive laminate - $.69sf. in part of it. It has been in over 3 years and the quality and durablity are excellent. We also installed another area in their handscraped african black walnut. Both of these floors are of superior quality and we have had no problems with them and love the simplicity of cleaning them. SO BAD QUALITY PRODUCT THAT IT CAN NOT BE INSTALLED, THE SELLS PERSON CALLED IT UNIQUE!!!! – Visiting the store is a great experience but this is a very misleading marketing. The store doesn?t have real samples except several preassembled and glued pieces! The product is such an exceptional bad quality that the pieces of laminate don't fit together. I couldn't install it and I have very experienced contractors doing the job. I returned the product but the company is charging me 25% restocking fee plus twice the shipping fee.... read more

Absolutely the Worst – Simple Floors has some of the nicest looking and different looking flooring around. Whether the quality is any good I don't know. Based on my experiences with their sales people and customer relations people I suspect the wood will fall apart in short order. This is the worse retail outlet I have ever dealt with. They are deceptive and incompetent. They tell you one thing and then pull a switch and bait. On a scale of 0-10 they are sub-zero.
