I had an appointment scheduled for the last 6 months. They. Call on Friday afternoon and say they will be closed and need to cancel my appointment that was for 9 am on Monday. I called on Monday morning and they answered the phone and the lady told me they were open till 5:30. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Don’t tell a patient you are going to be closed and then answer the phone.
