This is an amazing store which I have visited here in Warrenton, Va. I will be returning home in a couple of week to the Roanoke Valley area. The closest Simple Comforts store to me will be Charlottesville, Va. As big of an area as the Roanoke Valley encompasses I would like to know why there isn't one of these stores in this area. There are sooooo many needy seniors of a store such as this. Is there any thing you can do about this?
Excellent service. Assisted our family in rental of a pediatric wheelchair for our 6yo who had a bone fracture in both feet after jumping into a shallow swimming pool. Another time we had no problem returning a chair cushion. Sales people are always helpful.
Knowledgeable, patient staff ( for me) is key. and they are. Combine that with high quality items at a fair price and I am happy. They appear to have an extensive inventory. They entered my name in their computer so when I return they will know exactly what I purchased. I will be a returning customer
Refused to refund a sealed unused item with a receipt because it was purchased 20 days ago. Very poor customer service. Will not use them again.
