Great company. Gonzalo came and checked out our toilets and main line. Confirmed everything was in order. Communication, courteous and quality. Checks all the boxes.
Schedule was easy with Phu. Technician Joel came out to assess the issue with my husband. Joel is knowledgeable and nice from the beginning to end. The leak we suspected wasn't problematic so we decided not to proceed but appreciate the diagnostic and advice from Joel. Will definitely call Simpex for future need, and refer to our neighbors.
Beware. They broke the drain pipe which was between copper pipes which they disconnected while doing repipe. Charge me $350 to fix it. Even while fixing the technician mentioned that drain was between old copper pipe but still charge me to fix their mistake. I have no leakage before the repipe and very next day i have leakage the first time i use the laundry machine. i will not trust them.
My plumber, Brian from Definitive Plumbing, recommended Simpex while we were in the middle of a larger renovation project and I have to say that these guys are awesome. It started with Dante working on the inspection and writing everything up followed by a crew who spent 12 hours at our house on day 1 taking care of the main repipe. Simpex handled the repiping of our condo at a very competitive price. The repiping took one day, followed by two days for city inspections and two days for drywall patching. Overall, I’m very happy with the results. Joseph and Jessica were especially responsive throughout the process.
