Simpex handled the repiping of our condo at a very competitive price. The repiping took one day, followed by two days for city inspections and two days for drywall patching. Overall, I’m very happy with the results. Joseph and Jessica were especially responsive throughout the process.
In all honesty, I am so happy with this entire job completed by Simpex! I had a hot water slab leak all over my hallway. It was spreading quickly so I needed this job done asap. Quick and friendly Service! The team at Simpex is very transparent and follow-up was quick and thorough. As soon as I sent an inquiry, I got a call the next day from their office to make my appointment to get my kitchen faucet replaced. Hector came by and got it done within an hour and even took time to explain what he did.
Dont know quite where to start. I left for work early one morning and thought "mmm! My floor is all warm! Wait a minute. I don't HAVE underfloor heating". That's how it all started. We got 4 quotes for the slab leak. Simpex came in cheapest but their reviews spoke for themselves.
