Dont know quite where to start. I left for work early one morning and thought "mmm! My floor is all warm! Wait a minute. I don't HAVE underfloor heating". That's how it all started. We got 4 quotes for the slab leak. Simpex came in cheapest but their reviews spoke for themselves. They are awesome. Front desk was very friendly and communicative. The technician was honest and trustworthy and got the job done. Problems solved!
Called Brian late Thursday about slab leak; he had me a quote by 10 am Friday am and started job Saturday am @ 7:30 am. Complete re-piping by end of day and renter had water turned back on. Repairs to walls and outside stucco completed by Sunday afternoon. It. was a masterful job from start to finish Tenant was extremely happy with the entire crew and their professionalism in all aspects. I can’t say enough good things about Brian and Simpex!!!
Reportedly home in 1 day. Redrywall in one day. Service was excellent. Great warranty too.
