Simonton Windows are by far the best!!!! My mom bought the windows 20 years ago. One screen was broke at least 10 years and 1 window part broke 3 years ago. I have tried calling glass companies no one could match screen or get repair parts. Today I called Simonton and they are sending 10 new screens and parts for 6 of the windows for FREE!!!!!! That's lifetime warranty!!!
