I am so grateful to have found Dr. Simenson! He truly exceeded my expectations. The office respected my appointment time, and both the waiting room and examination room were exceptionally clean. The staff was kind, professional, and competent, which set the tone for a positive experience. Dr. Simenson himself was incredible—he genuinely listened to my concerns and made me feel valued as a parent, like I knew what I was talking about when it came to my son’s needs. I’ve never had a good experience with doctors for my son befo... read more

For the type of practice this is, high volume, I feel my rating is completely warranted. My son was referred to Dr. Black, and I did my own research before I decided to even schedule my consult. During my consult, we met with the NP where we decided to proceed with the surgery for tubes on my then 11 month old. He had reoccurring infections, we tried all the holistic remedies and treatments we could within reason. Unfortunately, there are just some cases that need that extra help like surgery. I went to see Dr. Black because my son has enlarged tonsils and stuffed nose to make sure he doesn’t have anything in his nose like polyps. She recommended surgery after she told me tonsils don’t produce white blood cells! So, after paying $500( with a good insurance) I’ll have to go look for home remedies since it’s obvious ... read more

I brought my twins to be seen today but as we approached 20 minutes past our appointment time I had to leave. I will go somewhere that respects my time too. I had made sure to do the check in process online and get there early but they require the paperwork handwritten before even bringing you back. The place didn’t seem busy and they didn’t seem interested in trying to accommodate us.
