I had work done and was told I could bring my own part but was not told that the work would then not be warrantied. now I am taking it else where to have the work redone and paying all over again. Simons was going to charge me again because they allowed me to bring in my own part. I like the people there however this should not cost me labor twice if you allowed me to bring in the new parts

I've never been given a line about work that needs to be done only to find out it doesn't. Rob and the team are always straightforward about the issue(s) with our vehicles and the turnaround time is always quick.
Went above and beyond to fix my vehicle, even checked a few things to make sure there were no unknown problems! Priced more than fairly.
I like the way you are so honest about the work that needs to be done. Also appreciate your views on how urgent the repairs are. To date, all work done on my car has been excellent!
