Simon's Mill is a fantastic place to live! The staff is great, the grounds are clean and the facilities and amenities are excellent!
I have lived in the area since before these apartments were built, and though I do not reside at SM, I live close enough to say the complex is quiet and well maintained. The few times I've had to call over, I had the pleasure of speaking with Tammy who has been there since the opening- not only have they answered the phone every time I've called, they have been so personable and professional as well!! Pros of the complex: Living there was peaceful, and overall, everything was good. Maintenance responded quickly to any issues and was always friendly. Cons: The complex clearly needs updates, and there are a lot of ants. The faucets need replacement. The lighting is very poor and yellow. They take almost the entire deposit, even if professional cleaning was done. But the biggest downside is the managers, whom you luckily see only twice—before moving in and after moving out.
