10/10 experience, the leasing and maintenance team are so friendly and helpful. The leasing center is clean and has amazing treats! Very happy and excited to be in my new home!
Simon's Mill is a fantastic place to live! The staff is great, the grounds are clean and the facilities and amenities are excellent!
I have lived in the area since before these apartments were built, and though I do not reside at SM, I live close enough to say the complex is quiet and well maintained. The few times I've had to call over, I had the pleasure of speaking with Tammy who has been there since the opening- not only have they answered the phone every time I've called, they have been so personable and professional as well!!
