I appreciate the maintenance staff, Kenny and T. They always greet me warmly and make me feel welcome when I'm out and about on the grounds. Whenever I've had a maintenance issue, they have responded quickly and resolved the problem without any hassle. The office staff, Tammy and Cookie, are also excellent. They are patient and pleasant to work with. One of my favorite memories of living here is when T fixed my garbage disposal, and we bonded over our shared love for Taylor Swift's album 'Folklore.' I don't really write reviews(less than 10 my entire existence). I've lived at Simon's Mill for a little over 7 years. Overall this apartment complex was an amazing experience for me and my wife and definitely they deserve 5 stars. We were treated with dignity and respect every single time, management 5 stars, maintenance 5 stars+. I will miss them for sure. Thank you for everything you did and do.
