Mike was prompt to give us a reasonable quote & ultimately did more than we agreed on the job & graciously negotiated the price in our favor. The roof installation was completed beautifully but done slowly, so if you want quality, workmanship, thorough, and reasonably priced, then this is your man (just be patient 'cause he's on 'Mike' time). My old tobacco barn had wind damage to the roof and I contacted Mike Simon through Facebook community page. His quick reply allowed for work to be done same day. The old roof needed a few other repairs which were priced reasonably and the work is scheduled to be done. Nice guy, reasonable pricing,very punctual. Highly recommend

I don’t normally leave feedback on services and purchases but I wanted to strongly recommend this company and contacting them for a consultation and estimate. Price was reasonable and they were extremely reliable. There everyday - even in 40 degree weather...if they couldn’t work outside...they repaired support beams in the attic. We now have a great looking black metal roof— looks amazing! We will now contract with them to replace the roof on the barn and repair the structure. Great company to work with! We called Mike on a Saturday evening to come out and fix a roof truss in our attic. We were moving out of state and received the buyers' home inspection addendum that evening requesting that the truss be fixed, so we needed someone to come out right away. Mike and his wife were able to come to our house a couple of hours after we contacted them and fixed the truss, so their initial response time is quick. As far as we could tell, he did a quality job. Mike and Traci are a dynamic duo that do quality work in difficult circumstances. Both are on the roof doing all the necessary tasks to complete the job. They had one additional worker who was also skilled. Got here on Friday around 11 am in 30 degree temperature and worked to about 5 pm. Returned the next day around noon ( it was 20 degrees at 8 am) to complete the job by 6 pm. Everything was done with excellent quality.
