Simons and Leoni helped me with my original mortgage on my home and were so good that I reached out to them to help me refinance. Both Doug and Tammie were phenomenal. Tammie followed up almost everyday and kept me apprised of each step. Thank you for all your help and for getting this across the finish line!

I would like to thank Jason Coulter. Jason was able to get me out of a FHA mortgage into a conventional mortgage with a huge reduction in my rate and no PMI. Started an unplanned refinance at the start of covid. not ideal by any means! Simon's and Leoni handled everything without needing to meet. closing handled at my house, 1 month later all is great. Can't say enough about service and the support provided through the process. They watched out for me understanding refinance was for major unplanned house repair and not part of my 2020 plans!
