Nate was amazing! Super friendly and very thorough . He checked our whole system and even flagged some issues. We never would have know we needed a new battery for the air conditioner and all new filters. He flushed all our lines and even showed me how to wash the mini split filter screen ( that I didn’t know was there BTW). We are super impressed with Nate and his knowledge. He also took time to play with our crazy dog Louie. He needs a raise! Hahaha

We had a great experience with Crisafulli. Bros. Our technician Cameron was knowledgeable and professional. He communicated everything that needed to be done clearly and tackled multiple issues in one afternoon. The work looks clean and everything is working great. No messes were left behind. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was also professional and easy to work with. I'll be calling Crisafulli again as needed.

EDIT: We have still not heard from anyone. It’s been four days since we were told someone would be reaching out. I recently had an issue with my furnace going out and contacted Cristofoli Heating & Plumbing out of Glens Falls because they were able to send someone out quickly, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the technician they sent appeared to be very inexperienced.
