We contracted crisafolli for HVAC and plumbing for a new build home and they have been the most difficult contractor to work out of everyone. The toilet and HVAC vent are right next to one another (see picture) and gas stove line was NOT completed. We've literally been trying to reach out to them for 2 FULL weeks as in calling M-F. My wife and I are new residents of Glens Falls and are glad to have found Crisafulli Brothers. We were interested in exploring whether a heat pump could fit within our budget for heating and cooling a three season room. Jon came to our house, answered our questions, and provided options for us. Two days later the mini split unit was expertly installed!
