Sharan provided excellent maintenance service! He fixed my fridge, repaired the leak under my bathroom sink, and unclogged my kitchen sink. Everything was completed quickly and professionally. I was amazed with how the Property Manager "Elaine" for Avenue Living was quick to find us a place within our budget and how she listened to every details of what needed fixing and got it fixed before the move in date.
