Simon, and Steve, (as well as the rest of the staff) are all on the same page when it comes to customer service. They are VERY well experienced with today's vehicles, and it shows in how they conduct their business. I do the vast majority of my own work on my vehicles, but when there's something I can't, or won't, handle, I have them handle it. I had my daughter stop in with her car for an exhaust leak to be looked at. I was told over $900 because I needed a new catalytic converter (400 just for the part). I said no the car is not worth that to me. I brought it home (toledo) and Muffler Man fixed it for $128!! I didn't even need a new converter! It was the Resonator? You can also keep you $40 oil changes too!
