Scheduling and prep for exam was flawless. The procedure, not so much. I failed to get the contrast part of exam completed after being stuck 5x trying to get the IV in place. I've had a dozen IVs, blood draws dozens of times and donated 20 gallons of blood. My veins were not the issue. Now I have to spend travel time and money again to complete the study.

I’m absolutely dumbfounded at the YOUNG ladies that work there. 2 young rude girls. You have a sign about how the patient shouldn’t treat the people that worked there. You should teach the young girls how to treat patients also. I watch these two young ladies for about an hour treat people absolutely horribly. The lady came in could hardly walk and they made her get up out of her chair to get a piece of paper.
