The tech was great. Very kind. The front desk... needs some training. I'm her husband. My wife has dementia. She had wet herself as she was lead back for the MRI. I saw it to late. There were two at the front desk. One was in training. When they saw her wet pants they sniggered & laughed. Just like little children. Not loud enough for her to hear but I was sitting 10ft from them & in plain view of their actions. I said nothing. After she was out of their sight they both went back to exploring their cellphones. Nice facility and waiting room. Hardly any wait to go back for a MRI. The technician was caring and excellent. No need to strip down, which was a bonus. Absolutely no complaints!
My Dr ordered an MRI without contrast, and SimonMed called me to schedule the appt. I arrive there only to be told my insurance hasn't approved it yet. So, we schedule a 2nd appt. When I show up I'm told the appt was made for a CT Scan, and therefore the insurance approved a CT Scan, not an MRI. So, we schedule a 3rd appt. The morning of the 3rd appt I get an email saying my appt needs to be rescheduled.
