The technician was amazing. The facility was very clean. I received conflicting directions. One person told me I needed to do nothing just show up. Another person told me be there by 6:30. The facility was closed and locked at 6:30. They don’t open until seven. Another person told me I needed to fast and not drink any water. I was impressed with the Efficiency of the technician and the cleanliness of the place. It was just the prior instructions that were incorrect.
Thank you Rosie for bringing me my wallet I left in the waiting room! Also Rosie is very nice and attentive and always shows up with a smile ☺️ We need more customer service like she performs thanks again!
Our tech Carlos was wonderful! My husband has mobility issues and hard of hearing. Carlos explained every step of the testing process. He was extremely patient, considerate, compassionate and made sure my husband was as comfortable as he could be during his Datscan. He offered to play my husband’s favorite music during the scan. Our entire family was thankful for how Carlos treated my husband!! Thank you!
