The open MRI is GREAT. I cannot tolerate the closed/tubelike MRI machine and this experience was wonderful. The technician was exceptional!
Loved this office had anxiety about my scan they helped me keep calm and get the exam done.
Prior to my appointment, I submitted all required documentation explicitly a surgically implanted Abbott stimulation device. Despite this, the office failed to verify equipment compatibility or safety protocols prior to my arrival. While the MRI technician is to be commended for her diligence in identifying the safety risk at the time of the scan, this oversight should have been addressed during the pre-screening process.
