Significant Delay My MRI examination began approximately 50 minutes later than my scheduled appointment time. 2 Painful Contrast Injection During the MRI scan, the intravenous contrast agent was injected manually. During the injection, I experienced significant pain in my arm. It appeared that the contrast agent was not flowing properly into the vein and was instead leaking into the surrounding tissue (contrast extravasation). Be aware of the price hike at this place. She double charged me for my procedure. I told her I will check with my insurance and I need a price break down, she wouldn’t give it to me. The Simon medical in Daly City was half the price.

The people who work here are so incredibly kind, efficient, and communicative. My appointment was rescheduled twice—but the admin did everything she could to try to fix the situation (my Dr ordered the wrong test) and to help reschedule me and keep me informed. The tech was on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was not uncomfortable in any way. I would definitely recommend this location. My only complaint would be that there’s no direct line to call them.
