Terrible! They rescheduled my 10:30 to 3:15! They then tried to tell me I requested it. After calling back trying to get my original appointment they then hung up on me multiple times, when I asked for a supervisor they transferred me to an IT guy. They then tried to send me to Los Gatos then Castro Valley! I live in Benicia and already made accommodations for my children to be picked up. Very unprofessional and seemed as if they didn’t want to deal with this issues or make it right. 10 out of 10 do no recommend
Bare minimum. Although I told them I had done prior imaging, (wrote it in the form I had to complete and also told the technician) the radiologist did not bother to do a comparison before writing the report. I followed up with an email asking for a comparison with prior imaging and an addendum but got no response.
SimonMed is well run and except for parking what's the great experience.
Good experience overall. If you’ve had an MRI before it’s pretty standard. Seem to lean heavily on foreign call center model which created some confusions making my initial appointment. One criticism I must point out. I did receive a confirmation call 24 hours before my appointment. I was asked if I had been given prep instructions for my particular procedure- which I had not.
