Communication from them is excessive - close to daily voicemails and emails until I scheduled the appt. Also had to fill out forms online then the same form again in person. The CT technician was delightful though.
Scan tech was great, so was check in person. They got me in and out very quick. Helpful staff was dealing with a rude patient before me and helping an elderly dude get a ride home. But the facility felt like an afterthought. The receptionist desk was *literally* in a small storage closet. The changing area was fine, I guess. Random, handwritten signs taped everywhere - seems like signage was also an afterthought. No lockers to put clothes and purse, needed to bring them to the scan room and put them on a (dirty) xray stool. ... read more
I loved the staff & it was quick and easy
Patient friendly, staffs are courteous, detailed oriented and thorough explanation of the procedures to be done.
Waiting room is a hallway and checkin looks like the poor receptionist is sitting in a closet. Big bottleneck in the hallway with everyone trying to get to receptionist. lThey send you quite a few text reminders leading up to your appt asking you to do all the pre appointment paperwork online. I did everything. I show up for my appt thinking it will be a breeze since I did everything online already. They still asked me for ID (which I had already uploaded) and asked me to re-fill out all the paperwork AGAIN that I’d already ... read more
