I had a 345pm appointment scheduled for a full week. It was an extremely important imaging for a breast exam because I currently have a lump in my breast. I was turned away from the appointment because they don't do those specific appointments after 245pm. I did my paperwork early online, I was early to the appointment, I had to schedule time off of work to be able to attend this appointment and I was turned away. The staff was very pleasant and helpful—no wait time for a drop-in X-ray.
I arrived 30 mins before my MRI. Was not asked if I took medication, and I heard them ask almost everyone else. I took the medicine 10 mins before checking in. I waited 1 hour before asking what was going on. Then they had me finally go in 5 minutes later. They never gave me any update or anything until I asked. The techs were great. That part was easy and comfortable.
