None of my electronic forms I completed prior to my visit saved along with my appt but I had received a confirmation text that it was done. The receptionist was very patient and helpful to make sure I was still seen.
Once I was called back, the whole experience was horrible. The tech, Jocelyn , placed the IV in my arm, hooked up contrast, went thru the test and then she came back and said the contrast did not drip, she asked someone for help, redid it all and it still did not work. She said she was going to sit me in a chair and wait for help. She couldn’t get the tube unhooked from the IV, she then used clamps to try and twist if off and did something to the IV and I stated bleeding a lot, she said she removed the needle and bandaged it... read more
