Appt was at 930, showed up 15 mins early as asked. At 935, they came out to let me know they were running 20 mins behind and wanted to know if I could stay. I said yes but I wasn't taken back until 1030, an hour after my appt! Then, even though I told them a head of time I had a port, they weren't sure they could even do the MRI. After another 10 mins they finally figured out they could do the scan. What should have been a 30 min appt turned into 2 hours!!
I’ve had several appointments scheduled over the last 2 months for a CT scan and they continue to call me a few days before my appointment to cancel my appointment because the tech isn’t going to be there. I reschedule and then it happens again.
They gave me a price since I’m self pay and when I arrived they gave me a totally different price than what I was quoted over the phone .
The facility was clean and organized. Not many people, and I was taken back quickly. Everyone was professional and welcoming. The process was quick and easy.
