Facility looks new and modern. Customer service was terrible.
The person that did X-rays was very patient and nice.Except I’ve been there twice and both times I couldn’t get a disk copy.First time the machine is not working and second is we are out of disks.I find that really unacceptable.The day has just started.I asked for it to be sent to me and the front desk told me to go to another Simon med center.I’m not running around to find a copy of a disk again.I saw something also very unusual.The day has just begun but there’s a used and clean pen jar all the pens I saw was in the used j... read more
