Very professional, friendly and courteous. They made me feel comfortable, and gave me all the details that was needed.
We came to SimonMed It took us 2 hours to be seen, and while we were waiting, There was no communication from the staff about the wait time . I overheard someone making an appointment who was told that they usually run 1.5 hours late. The staff should definitely inform patients about delays. I’m really upset about this and feel like we wasted so much time.
Superb staff. Nurses and doctors are of highest quality. A great contemporary facility that eliminates the stress of an ER and provides highest level personal attention.
