If I could submit less than one star I would. I booked at 3:30 pm appointment at your San Vicente California location. I was sent several texts with forms to complete. I verified with my insurance that there was no co pay. I arrived 20 minutes before the exam and was called by a scheduler informing me that my appointment was a day later at another location.
