SimonMed Imaging was in a great location in San Francisco and the center was clean and fresh. My appointment was on 07/03/26 and the gentleman at the front was professional, prompt, helpful and respectful. The Imaging Tech was also friendly, respectful and answered all my questions thoroughly. (Both gentleman gave me their names but I forgot-sorry). Overall, I give this place 5 stars!

The front desk was unprofessional...I waited over a half hour after showing up 20 minutes early. I'm in a great deal of pain and have many appointments. The waiting area looked clean ... The imaging area was dirty looking with paint chipping and I am totally unhappy with my experience.
Does not do X-rays at this location! Even though my doctor referred me here, recent reviews mentioned X-rays, and I called the listed phone number to verify and the central scheduling person I was redirected to assured me that they did. Then I arrived and the front desk person said I would have to go to Daly City. Extremely confusing and misleading, made me waste a lot of time.
