Best experience yet with Simon Med. Reliable user friendly labs I have used for decades. Only alternative I am aware of to high cost hospital tests. Highly recommend.
Absolutely horrible experience. Simon Med was one week late with my ultrasound results. Because of this my doctor was not able to review the ultrasound on time. I called three days in a row and spoke to six different customer service agents. They all said that they requested the ultrasound to be processed urgently and the ultrasound did not arrive on time.
