Staff were friendly and reassuring. Interior of building was clean. However, the exterior at the entrance was filthy, with dirty windows that looked like someone had vomited on the front door, and bird dropping and other filth around the front entrance (presumably due to unhoused people having hung out or slept there). Needs a clean up.
The text messages from Simon Med were excessive and confusing. The appt was rescheduled twice, to an earlier time, WITHOUT my being asked. The receptionist was nice but was eating at the desk. The technologist was kind but had the worst bad breath I've ever encountered and I nearly vomited. Will someone please review Hygiene 101 with the guy with the Russian accent? That was dreadful. The overall experience made me not want to come again.
I booked my MRI a week ago then they called that they have to cancelled my appt at 7pm the night before saying that there is no tech. Then they were able to reschedule me at a different facility. Then on the day of, they called me again saying that they have to move me back to the same facility that they originally booked me in but said there is no technician.
