It was fast & easy In & out in about 15 minutes. Staff was friendly.

The MRI scanning process went well and is efficient. The billing process was a complete failure. I opted to pay out of pocket due to the ineptitude of your billing department working with my insurance carrier. I even had the carrier call your billing department to prove my insurance was current, but still they would not update my records in your system. Very disappointing. Second appointment for an XRay. It took 3 trips to get my xrays done. 1st time, I verified that office was open. When I got there, closed. 2nd time, was told there were no xray orders, although I received a million messages that xray orders were received. Only mri orders, that I didn't know about. Woman at front desk was nice, but I had no confidence in what she was talking about. But she said she coukd get me in for mri, and would work on xray orders. The xray orders never showed up.
