I had orders for trays which was told was on a walk in basis only,tried 4 times over 2 weeks to only be told they didnt have a tech each time. They finally made me an appointment only to have to wait 1.5 hr after my appt time to he called back. The tech was nice but hope yo not have to go back.
The staff was friendly and warm, and professional .
the place itself was fine, the telephone follow up was very frustrating as I was not allowed to talk to the office where I had the MRI re: the loss of an important and expensive loss of a ring. I had to pay someone to actually take me to the office as I don't drive. Totally irresponsible lack of customer service
