Got there early. Paperwork was done. Sent over to where xrays were going to be done. Receptionist was nice and answered questions. Tech came right out took me back, was in and out in no time. Had shoulder xray done.
Everything was pleasant except the front desk girl. Maybe she had something personal going on but she really could have been nicer. Several people waiting were commenting about her attitude also.
Convenient location. The staff are helpful and friendly.
Went to Baywood location in Mesa, Not Phoenix. Today I Had to go back for my 2nd MRI on lumbar because 2 days ago my Anxiety went through the roof after doing my knee first and could not continue with the lumber knowing my head was going INSIDE the machine. I had the open MRI and still couldn't do it! JAROD was beyond fantastic with both appts, understanding my fear, not phoebic. ( As a child, I almost died in a water irrigation pipe).
