The technician was extremely professional and explained what to do. The procedure was easy and quickly done
Receptionist was cold and acted like it was a bother to help us. The other staff was not necessarily unkind, but they were very impersonal. When someone comes in for an MRI there is usually a reason and it can weigh heavy on a heart. Your staff in my opinion should take that into account when dealing with people.
Great experience. Friendly, respectful and timely.
Everyone was AWESOME especially the tech. The tech was fun and easy to talk to. She explained every step she was going to take which helped me position myself properly. The entire process was very quick.
