It was my first time visiting this location. People were friendly and the place was nice and clean. The technician was friendly and kind. I started to talk to her about a return I was waiting for from by Simon Med and she phoned somebody and by big surprise I had the amount returned to my credit card within 3 days. I’m very grateful to her. I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name. She is a Spanish girl. Thanks Shari for a great job.

Everyone was very kind and professional. My exam was done right on time and the facility was very clean and comfortable.

I was sent here by the VA / Optum Serve on September 28th, for x-rays involving my claim. To date, they still haven't sent my x-rays to the doctor that ordered them, despite additional requests from Optum Serve and myself. The staff are nice, but that doesn't help if you can't get the service you were actually sent there for.

I had an appointment set for Monday 10/5. I paid my co-pay and sat down. After 45 minutes, I was called back to the desk and was told that the machine was down and parts were being delivered but I could wait but there would not a guarantee of when or if the machine would be available. I rescheduled for We’d. Got there early as requested and waited ANOTHER hour before I was called back. The test only took about 15 minutes. The technician was very nice and she worked quickly. My advice, just be prepared to wait!
