Worst customer service I have ever had. Each site has different times to start walk ins. When you call the number you get a foreign person who doesn't even know what state you are in. then when you ask for information, they can't provide any. when you request to speak to a person at the location, the phone rings then disconnects. I've been in the locations in the past and I know there are at least two people at the desk. there is a local number listed in google but doesn't connect directly. this is a serious problem.
I love this Simon Med location. They are always friendly, professional, and efficient!
Fast and efficient , clerk at the front desk was able to get me a CD disc of my MRI in no time flat
Staff ir was a wonderful experience
The appointment was at 2:10 pm and 30 minutes later I was told it would take another 20 minutes. Why do you schedule an appointment and not keep the appointment. Can we charge a late fee like they do if you don’t show up. Ugh 😑
